Welcome to Essência. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Essência website, www.essenciaone.com, and your purchase of products and services through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Essência

Essência is an online fragrance business based in Bangladesh, offering authentic branded fragrances in convenient decant sizes.

Our website provides information about our products, prices, availability, fragrance characteristics, delivery options, and other related services.

Essência reserves the right to update product information, pricing, availability, and website content when necessary.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

By placing an order with Essência, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction.

  • You are purchasing products for personal use and not for any unlawful purpose.

If an order contains inaccurate or incomplete information, Essência may contact you for clarification before processing the order.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, sizes, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between website images and the actual product due to photography, lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.

For fragrance products, individual experiences may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, application method, storage conditions, and personal perception.

Differences in fragrance performance, longevity, projection, or personal preference do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.

4. Authenticity

Essência is committed to offering authentic branded fragrances.

We do not intentionally sell counterfeit or imitation products as authentic branded fragrances.

Where applicable, products may be supplied in decanted form. A decant contains fragrance transferred from the original fragrance bottle into a smaller Essência-supplied container.

Because decants are prepared in smaller quantities, the packaging and container may differ from the original manufacturer's retail packaging.

5. Product Decants

Our decants are prepared specifically to provide customers with an opportunity to experience fragrances without purchasing a full-size bottle.

Available sizes may include 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, or other sizes displayed on the product page.

The exact available size, price, and product information shown on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the order.

Decant containers are not the original manufacturer's retail bottles unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prices

All product prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Essência reserves the right to change prices at any time.

However, once an order has been confirmed, the applicable product price will normally be the price shown to the customer at the time the order was placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately.

7. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After receiving an order, Essência may verify the order details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect or obviously erroneous pricing.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • Technical errors affecting the order.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and notifying Essência as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Payment

Essência may offer payment methods such as Cash on Delivery, mobile financial services, bank payments, cards, or other payment methods made available on the website.

Payment methods may vary depending on location, order value, promotions, or other circumstances.

Essência reserves the right to introduce, remove, or modify available payment methods.

10. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to receive the order and pay the applicable amount to the delivery agent upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

For certain customers, locations, or order circumstances, Essência may require advance payment before dispatch.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Essência delivers products across Bangladesh through third-party courier and delivery partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, traffic, and other circumstances.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because fragrance decants are prepared and packaged for individual orders, returns are limited.

Opened, sprayed, used, or partially used perfume decants are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and report eligible issues within the period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

13. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Email address, where applicable

  • Product and order information

Essência cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Customers are also responsible for following reasonable instructions regarding product storage and use.

14. Fragrance Safety

Perfumes are intended for external use only.

Customers should use fragrance products according to their intended purpose and follow any safety information supplied with the product.

Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin.

Keep perfume away from children, heat, flames, and direct sunlight.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies to fragrance ingredients, review the available product information and use appropriate caution before use.

Essência is not responsible for reactions resulting from misuse, improper storage, or individual sensitivity, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content appearing on the Essência website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Essência unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.
